Eligibility
To participate in the raffle, you must subscribe to the Levi Ski Resort newsletter. Every person who has a permanent address in Finland is able to participate. The right to participate is denied from the workers of the company and their family members, who have had something to do with the lottery arrangements. By entering your contact information, you accept the terms and conditions in this drawn. The Organizer reserves the right to reject persons, who have broken these rules or have a reason to suspect that they have used dishonest means to participate, without prior notice.
Timing
The participation period is from March 17th to April 20th, 2025.
How to enter
Participation in the raffle requires submitting contact information.
The prizes
The raffle will award, on a weekly basis, two (2) mobile lift pass packages for two people, valid for three (3) days each (a total of 20 packages). Each mobile lift pass package includes two mobile lift passes, each valid for three days for spring 2025 (last validity date 18.5.2025). The winners will be drawn from those who have subscribed to the newsletter via the raffle page. The raffle results are final and cannot be appealed. The winner will be drawn at random. The result of the draw cannot be appealed. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees that his/her name, photo and place of residence may be published by the Organizer or its partners on their websites and in connection with other campaign information. The prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. The winners must redeem the prizes from the Levi Ski Resort facilities, according to the information provided in the winning message. Prizes are personal and cannot be passed on. The winner may choose to decline to receive the prize.
Lottery tax
The Organizer is responsible for the statutory lottery tax on the prizes.
Typos and other unintentional errors
The Organizer or other parties involved in the draw are not responsible for any typos or other errors related to the lottery. The Organizer is not responsible for any obstacles due to IT reasons that may affect participation in the competition.
Data protection and publicity
You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Oy Levi Ski Resort Ltd and Levin Matkailu Oy for the purposes of administering the prize draw. Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name and photograph in any media.
Trademarks and copyrights
All trademarks and other material appearing on this website are protected by copyright unless otherwise stated, and may not be used without the written permission of Levi Ski Resort.
Liability
The Organizer's liability to the participants of the lottery may not in any way exceed the amount or value of the prize. Prize winners release the Organizer and other lottery partners from all liability arising or alleged to have arisen, from participating in the lottery, redeeming the prize, or using it. The Organizer shall not be liable for any direct or indirect costs, damages, or losses that arise as a result of registration or out of the use of the Website, application, or any part of it. The organizer isn't responsible for any material downloaded and published by the users. The Organizer is not responsible for any obstacles due to IT reasons that affect participation in the competition.
General
The official rules apply to all participants. By participating in the competition, participants undertake to comply with these terms and conditions and the Organizer's decisions. Levi Ski Resort reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice. The Organizer has the right to change, continue or suspend the competition at the decision of the Organizer due to a technical problem or other overpowered obstacles. In this case, participants are not entitled to compensation. Any confusions related to the application and interpretation of these rules will be resolved by the Organizer.

Eligibility
The raffle is open to all individuals aged 18 or older, except employees of companies involved in organizing the raffle and their family members. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these rules or is suspected of using dishonest means to enter.
Participation Period
The raffle runs from February 24 – April 28, 2025.
How to enter
Participation requires a Levi Black loyalty number. Before answering the survey, download the Levi Resort app and register as a Levi Black loyalty member. Enter your loyalty number at the end of the survey to enter the raffle. Your loyalty number can be found in your profile in the Levi Resort app. For more details on Levi Black membership: levi.fi/leviblack
The prizes
Winners will be selected by random draw. The result of the draw is final and cannot be appealed. The prize cannot be exchanged for other goods or services. The prize is personal and cannot be transferred or sold. The raffle includes the following prizes for participants who enter by April 28, 2025:
- 5x Adventure Park tickets for summer 2025
- 5x 10-run Summer Sled Track tickets for summer 2025
- 5x round-trip Scenic Lift tickets for summer 2025
Winners will be notified personally via email immediately after the draw. If a winner does not respond within 7 days, their prize will be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to select a new winner.
General
If a participant is suspected of fraudulent activity or participating in a way not specified in the rules, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify them. If necessary, the Organizer will announce any changes to the raffle, prizes, schedule, availability, or other relevant details. The Organizer also reserves the right to make changes to the raffle and its rules that do not significantly affect participants. This raffle is in no way affiliated with Meta, Facebook, or Instagram. By participating, entrants release Meta, Facebook, and Instagram from all liability related to the raffle.
Rules
The official rules apply to all participants. By entering the raffle, participants agree to comply with these rules and the decisions of the Organizer. The Organizer reserves the right to make changes to the rules without prior notice and may modify, extend, or cancel the raffle due to technical problems or other force majeure circumstances. Any disputes regarding the interpretation and application of these rules will be resolved by the Organizer.
